| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声对早期卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:对经手术病理证实的36例早期卵巢恶性肿瘤与超声结果进行回顾性分析,并与卵巢良性肿瘤进行比较。结果:超声图像以囊性为主的混合性包块多见,14例,占41.18%,内有乳头或粗大分隔光带;血流显示率、阻力指数与良性肿瘤比较有差异(P<0.05)。11例血清CA125升高。结论:超声形态学和彩色多普勒血流显像探查卵巢肿瘤的血流分布及动脉血流阻力指数,联合血清CA125检测,能提高早期卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound for early-stage malignant ovarian neoplasm.Methods: The sonographic images obtained from 36 cases with pathologically proved early-stage malignant tumors were retrospectively analyzed and compared with benign ovarian tumors.Results: The sonography mainly showed cystic mixed mass in 14 cases(41.18%) with papilla or septa.There was difference in blood flow display rates and resistance index(RI) between malignant ovarian and benign neoplasms(P<0.05).Serum CA125 in 11 cases was increased.Conclusion: The diagnostic rate of early-stage malignant ovarian neoplasm can be improved by ultrasonic morphology and the detection of blood distribution and arterial blood resistance index by color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)combined with serum CA125 measurement. |
