| 摘 要： | 为探讨外剥内扎加粘膜柱状缝合点状间断注射治疗混合痔的临床疗效,对86例混合痔采用外剥内扎加粘膜柱状缝合点状间断注射治疗。结果显示,痔核脱落时间为（11±3）d;本组病例术后无一例术后感染、痔核脱落期大出血、肛门直肠狭窄失禁。术后随访0.5～1年无复发。结果表明,外剥内扎加粘膜柱状缝合点状间断注射治疗混合痔具有操作简便、出血少、并发症少、复发率低、疗效确切。

| Abstract: | 86patients with mixed hemorrhoid were treated by external Milligan-Morgan with suturing the mucous membrane styloliticly and injecting punctiform hiatusly,and the clinical curative effect was investigated.The result show that it takes（11±3）days for hemorrhpid nuclei to ablate.There were no postoperative infection,no hemorrhoea in hemorrhpid nuclei abscission,and no anorectal stricture or incontinence.There were no recurrence during 0.5to 1year＇s postoperative following-up.The result show that convenient operation,small hemorrhage,few complication,low recurrence rate and certain curative effect.are the advantages of external Milligan-Morgan with suturing the mucous membrane styloliticly and injecting punctiform hiatusly in treating mixed hemorrhoid. |
