| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对60例痔疮术后患者采取不同熏洗疗法,观测其临床疗效,为改进和规范中药熏洗疗法提供依据。方法：将60例痔疮术后患者随机分为对照组、试验l组和试验2组,观察三组患者创面局部疼痛、水肿、出血等的消失时间及临床疗效。结果：试验1组和试验2组在缓解疼痛、水肿等方面均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：试验组临床疗效较好,值得进一步推广、应用和研究。

| Abstract: | Objective： Using different fumigation therapies in sixty cases of hemorrhoids postoperative patients to observe clinical curative effect,and to provide the basis for improving and standardizing herbal fumigation therapy.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups：control group,test 1 group and test 2 group,observing wound localized pain,edema,bleeding disappear time and clinical curative effect.Results： Group 1 and group 2 in pain relief,edema were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Clinical curative effect of test group is better,and deserves further popularization,application and research. |
