摘    要:目的:研究外源H2O2对中药材抗氧化物质含量及总抗氧化能力的影响。方法:采收前10天分别对5种药材的花、果实及叶片进行250 ml 0.3%H2O2的喷洒处理,之后测定药材中黄酮、维生素C和维生素E含量的变化及总抗氧化能力的变化。结果:0.3%的H2O2处理后,药材中的黄酮、维生素C和维生素E含量被不同程度地提高了,丁香花中分别提高了59.9%、41.1%和46.9%,野蔷薇果实和山楂果实提高幅度在20%以下,叶片类药材的提高幅度介于花与果实之间。检测药材中总抗氧化能力的变化时得出了类似的结果。结论:H2O2能提高药材活性成分的含量,提高幅度与药用植物的器官有关。

Abstract:Objective:Studying the effect of exogenous H2O2 on antioxidant content and antioxidant capacity in medicinal plants.Methods:The medicine plants were treated by 0.3% H2O2 for 10 days before harvest,and then the contents of flavonoids,vitamin C and vitamin E and the total antioxidant capacity were determined.Results:The contents of flavonoids,vitamin C and vitamin E in medicine plants were increased by 0.3% H2O2,and it was increased by 59.9%,41.1% and 46.9% respectively in flower of Flos Caryophyllata.The increase level in fruit of Rosa multiflora Thunb and Crataegus pinnatifida Bge was below 20%,and the increase level in leaves was between flower and fruit.The similar results were obtained in total antioxidant capacity.Conclusion:The active compounds in medicinal plant can be increased by exogenous H2O2,and the increase level is depend on different organ.
