不同品种半夏比较研究

目的：对赫章半夏进行了两个品种间的比较研究,以期找出两个品种间的差异,尤其是在产量和质量上的差异,为半夏规范化种植品种确定和纯化提供科学依据。方法：试验设黑麻芋和白麻芋两个处理,定期对半夏生长状况进行观测,收获时测产,并对质量进行分析。结果：黑麻芋的产量、净增重、增重率、百粒重和块茎直径均显著高于白麻芋,黑麻芋的总生物碱含量显著高于白麻芋,水分、灰分、水浸含量、总酸含量、腺苷含量差异均不显著。结论：生产上应以黑麻芋做种,以获得高产、优质的半夏。

Comparative study of different species of Pinellia

Objective To the two varieties HeZhang sprouting,the comparative studies between order to find out the differences between the two varieties,especially in yield and the difference in quality,for sprouting standardized production varieties determine and purification provide the scientific basis.Methods Test set black and white linen esculenta schott flax esculenta schott two processing,the regular sprouting growth situation when harvested were observed,measured,and the production quality analysis.Results The yield,black hemp taro,net weight,weight gain rate,100grain weight and tuber diameter were significantly higher than white linen esculenta schott,black hemp esculenta schott of total alkaloid content is significantly higher than white linen esculenta schott,moisture,ash content,water baptism content,total acid content,adenosine content differences are not significant.Conclusion Production should be based on the black and the flax esculenta schott do high-yield,high-quality county.
