针灸治疗慢性紧张型头痛疗效分析

目的：分析针灸治疗慢性紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法：治疗组以针刺治疗,隔日l次,对照组口服天麻头风灵胶囊,2周为1疗程,连续治疗两个疗程后,随访3个月,观察头痛发作频率天/月以及有效率。结果：治疗组治疗后痊愈率、显效率、有效率以及总有效率均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。随访1～3个月头痫发作频率治疗组治疗后每月头痛天数、每天平均持续时间与对照组相比,均有非常显著的差异（p〈0.001）,同时治疗组在治疗后第2月与第1月比还有明显的进一步改善。结论针刺治疗慢性紧张型头痛具有操作简单、实用性强、安全性高、疗效好的特点,针对本病的慢性、复发性顽固性的特点,于治愈后的2月后,适当增加治疗疗程,有助于巩同其疗效,值得临床进一步深入的研究和思考。

Efficacy Analysis of Acupuncture on Treatment of Chronic Tension-type Headache

Objective： Analyzing clinical efficacy of acupuncture on treatment of chronic tension-type headache.Methods： Acupuncture treatment group,1 time every other day,the control group was treated with TianMaTouFengLing capsule,2 weeks as a course of treatment,continuous treatment after two Courses were followed up for 3 months to observe the frequency of headache days/month,and effective rate.Results： After treatment,cure rate,markedly effective,effective rate and total effective rate are better than the control group（P0.05）.Comparing 1 to 3 months of follow-up headache frequency after treatment,the number of headache days per month,average duration per day,compared with the control group,there was a significant difference（P0.001）,while the treatment group after treatment in February compared with the first in January there was a further improvement.Conclusion： Using Acupuncture to treat chronic tension-type headache is simple,practical,safe,effective and good for the disease of chronic,recurrent refractory characteristics,in February after cure,the appropriate course of treatment increases,helping to consolidate its efficacy and is worthy of further study and consideration.
