| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨哮喘患者血浆IL 17、IL 10的水平及临床意义。方法 :急性发作期哮喘患者共 60例 (重度3 0例 ,中度 3 0例 ) ,正常对照组 3 0例。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验 (ELISA) ,检测其血浆IL 17、IL 10水平。结果 :急性期哮喘患者血浆IL 17值增高 (P =0 0 0 6) ,中、重度哮喘组与对照组比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;血浆IL 10值明显降低 (P =0 0 0 3 ) ,中、重度哮喘组与对照组比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;相关性分析表明IL 17与IL 10之间无相关性 ,而且与血涂片中的嗜中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞之间均无明显相关性 ,嗜中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞之间存在显著负相关。结论 :IL 17、IL 10参与哮喘的慢性气道炎症过程。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the levels and clinical significance of IL-17 and IL-10 in asthmatics. Methods Sixty asthmatics (30 severe and 30 moderate) and 30 h ealthy controls were recruited into the study. IL-17 and IL-10 levels were de tected with Sandwich ELISA procedures. Results At acute attack stage of patients with asthma, the pl asma levels of IL-17 were elevated in the patients with asthma and the plasma l ev els of IL-10 were lower than those of healthy controls (P<0.05). There wer e no correlations between the levels of IL-17 and IL-10 and they failed to corre late with neutrocyte, lymphocyte, monocyte and eosinophil. Conclusion IL-17 and IL-10 participate in the pathogenesis of asthmatic inflammation. |
