| 摘 要： | 目的:对跌打止痛巴布剂的不同提取方法进行了比较研究.方法:采用3种不同的提取溶剂和方法,对提取物中蛇床子素的含量进行测定比较,确定最佳的提取溶剂和方法.结果:以甲醇回流所提取的蛇床子素的含量最高.结论:甲醇回流提取法与其它方法相比,具有提取快速完全、节省时间,所提取的有效成分含量较高等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the different extraction methods and solution for DieDaZhiTong Cataplasm.Method:The recoveries of extract content by three different extraction methods and three kinds of solution were compared,and osthol was assaged as index.Results:The methanol extraction method gave the higher yield of osthol.Conclusion:The methanol circumfluence extraction method was superior to other methods .This method had the advantages of fast extraction speed, more total ,be economical of time ,and have high yield of osthol. |
