| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨断指再植功能康复护理的最佳方法.方法:对两组断指再植患者有否进行系统康复护理进行比较,包括断指再植的健康教育、术前护理、术中配合、术后康复护理形成一体化.结果:康复组术后功能恢复优良率93.3％,对照组优良率66.7％.结论:断指再植与功能康复的护理计划,将断指再植的每个康复过程紧密联系在一起,使患者得到不间断的康复与护理治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the best nursing methods for replantation of severed fmger and function rehabilitation. Methods: Tow group of replantation severed fingers were successfully treated with the investigative rehabilitationnursing program, intraoperative nursing and postoperative nursing into a continuous line. Results: Postoperative function rehabilitation of rehabilitation group, the effective rate was 93.3%, check group was 66.7%. Conclusion: The nursing program could link up every nurse of fmger replantation in various stage closely by which the patient could obtain continuous nursing rehabilitation. |
