对医闹现象的思考

医闹现象不仅扰乱了正常的医疗秩序,而且破坏了医患之间的和谐,造成了负面社会影响。分析产生医闹的原因,既有医方因素,如缺乏人文关怀、没有尊重患者的知情同意权等,患方因素,如道德素质、对疾病的认知,以及医患之间的信任缺失、沟通不畅等,也有医疗体制等方面的影响。从医患双方的角度提出解决医患纠纷的对策:如建立医患沟通制、通过法律途径解决医疗纠纷、医患之间应坚持诚信原则等。

Reflection on the Phenomenon of Severe Medical Disputes

Severe medical disputes have been arising one after another in the whole nation recently,and have resulted in a couple of negative effects on society.They not only disturb normal medical practice,but also aggravate the existing tension between doctors and patients.Certain relative factors including medical staffs,patients,and medical system should be analyzed in pursuit for the reasons for the phenomenon.This article also puts forward some suggestions,such as solving medical disputes by legislation procedure,persisting in the principle of honesty and trust,strengthening physician-patient communication and humanistic accomplishment of medical professionals,etc.
