异位妊娠的超声监测价值

目的探讨超声检查在异位妊娠诊断及药物终止妊娠中的监测价值。方法回顾分析79例异住妊娠的各种超声表现以及12例药物终止妊娠过程中的超声监测结果。结果超声诊断的异住妊娠79例中，经临床手术及药物流产确诊77例，诊断符合率97％；漏诊2例，漏诊率3％；应用氨甲喋呤及5-氟嘧啶药物杀胚保守治疗11例成功；另1例在药流过程中破裂出血行手术治疗。结论超声是早期诊断异位妊娠的最佳方法之一；对未破裂型异住妊娠在超声监测下行药物流产保守治疗，既可避免手术之苦，又可为有生育要求的患者保留输卵管，应在临床推广应用。

The value of ultrasonography in monitoring ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in ectopic pregnancy diagnosis and drug induced abortion monitor. Method We retrospectively analyzed 79 patients in our hospital who had ectopic pregnancy and 12 patients who had drug induced abortion by ultrasonography. Results Of the 79 ectopic pregnancy patients diag- nosed by ultrasonography, 77 patients were made a definite diagnosis through surgery and drug induced abortion. The di- agnostic accordance rate was 97%. 2 patients were missed （3%）. 11 patients were registered as shrunken or disappeared embryo by methotrexate and 5-fluorouracil. Conclusion The ultrasonography is one of the best way in diagnosing eetopic pregnancy.
