颅内感染时脑脊液乳酸测定的临床意义

应用固相酶电极法（酶膜法）对４５例颅内感染患者的脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）进行了乳酸含量测定,并设立了对照组。结果表明,细菌及真菌性脑膜炎患者的ＣＳＦ乳酸浓度显著高于非细菌感染的所谓“散发性脑炎”患者及对照组。细菌及真菌性脑膜炎患者的ＣＳＦ白细胞计数亦有明显升高,并呈以嗜中性粒细胞或（和）淋巴细胞反应为主的细胞学改变,但与ＣＳＦ乳酸含量无明显相关。笔者认为,ＣＳＦ乳酸浓度测定可作为细菌或真菌性脑膜炎的一项辅

THE CLINICAL VALUE OF DETERMINATION OF CEREBROSPINAL FLUID LACTATE IN PATIENTS WITH INTRACRANIAL INFECTIOUS DISEASES

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) lactate has letermined in 45 patients with intracranial infectious diseases and 33 controls without any intracranial diseases by means of solid phase enzyme electrode method. It was demonstrated that the levels of CSF lactate in bacterial-fungal meningitis group were much higher than that in "sporadic encephalitis"group and control group. Meanwhile, the counts of CSF white blood cell (WBC) were also increased in bacterial or fungal meningitis, but there was no linear correlation between the CSF lactate level and WBC count. Therefore, we conclude that CSF lactate level could be used as an indicator for the diagnoses of bacterial or fungal meningitis, and for distinguishing bacterial or fungal infection from virus infection.
