2型糖尿病患者神经病变的护理调查及对策

目的 调查2型糖尿病患者神经病变的现状及探讨护理对策。方法 对120例门诊糖尿病患者进行调查，仔细询问病史、体格检查以及作定量的感觉、运动神经功能试验。结果 发现120名患者中只有不足30％的患者感觉神经功能基本正常，32.8％的患者肢体活动减退，将近40％的患者步态出现变化，只有30％的患者肌电图正常。结论 2型糖尿病是相当常见的疾病，糖尿病神经病变(DN)是最常见、最复杂的并发症，不但引起糖尿病患者病死率和致残率的升高，而且带来复杂的护理、医疗等问题，也是造成糖尿病患者反复住院的主要原因。对于每位糖尿病患者都应该坚持执行糖尿病的医疗护理，并与患者一起制定治疗计划和康复目标，提出护理问题和解决方案，让患者明确需要加强自我监测及自护能力，预防神经并发症而致生活质量和健康水平受损。

Nursing investigation and intervention of Neural-pathological change of patients With Diabetes-type 2

Objective To investigate actuality and discuss nursing intervention to patients of diabetes-type 2 with neural pathological change.Method 120 diabetic patients were chosen for investigation and asked about their medical records,physical examinations and measurable tests of sensory and motive neural-function.Result Of 120 patients,there are less than 30 percent of patients' sensory nenral fnnction that are primarily normal,32.8 percent of patients' body movement decrease,nearly 40 percent of patients' walking gesture are changed,and only 30 percent of patients' electromyo gram are normal.Conclusion Diabetes-type 2 is a quite common disease,diabetic neural pathological change is the most common and complex complication , it will not only increase patients' rate of death and disability,but also the complex problem for nursing and medical treatment,and also it's the main cause for patients to be kept in hospital whoerer with diabetic must keep medical treatment.The nusse should educate patient and dissuss the treatment plan with them. It's our responsibility to plan the treatment,put forward nursing problem and solving it,make patient understand that they need to strengthen their self inspection and self caring to prevent impairment of life quality and health.
