| 摘 要： | 应用幽门弯曲菌玻片抗原作免疫酶染色试验(IEST),检测胃炎病人血清中特异性抗体IgG,敏感性和特异性分别为85%和82.5%,IEST 抑制试验也显示幽门弯曲菌与大肠杆菌和空肠弯曲菌无明显交叉抗原。认为该法经济快速,不需特殊仪器和易为受检者接受,具有实用意义。

| Abstract: | The surm antibody in patientes suffered from gastritis was detected by usingimmunoenzymatic staing test(IEST) with campylo-bacter pylorydic antigen on glass.Thesensitivity and specificity of IEST was 85% and 82.5% respectively,and inhibitoryimmunoenzymatic stain test also showed no crose-antigenes among the campylobacter,co-lon bacillus and campyobacter jejuni.It is considered that IEST is an econmic amd quickmethod. |
