国产加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性感染细菌学疗效比较的Meta分析

目的比较国产加替沙星注射液与左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性感染的细菌学疗效。方法应用Meta分析对24项加替沙星和左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性感染的研究进行同质性检验和合并效应量的估计。结果同质性检验:χ2=12.02,自由度为22,P=0.96;合并效应量的估计:OR合并=1.19,OR合并95%可信限为0.89～1.59。OR合并的检验Z=1.20,P=0.23。结论国产加替沙星注射液与左氧氟沙星在治疗急性细菌性感染疾病的细菌学疗效相等。

Meta-analysis on microbiological outcomes of acute bacterial infections treated with domestic gatifloxacin versus levofloxacin

Objective To compare the microbiological outcomes of acute bacterial infections treated with domestic gatifloxacin versus levofloxacin.Methods The microbiological outcomes of 24 studies on acute bacterial infections treated with gatifloxacin and levofloxacin were meta-analyzed using homogeneity test and combined effect test.Results Homogeneity test showed that the cited studies were homogeneous with χ2=12.02,df=22 and P=0.96;and by combined test,the combined OR was 1.19(95% confidence interval=0.89-1.59,Z=1.20,P=0.23).Conclusion Domestic gatifloxacin injection and levofloxacin demonstrated equivalent microbiological efficacy in treatment of acute bacterial infections.
