| 摘 要： | 目的研究思密达保留灌肠联合食用小米胡萝卜泥在治疗婴儿腹泻病中的疗效。方法将160例腹泻患儿,年龄0～3岁,男83例,女77例,随机分成对照组和治疗组。每组80例,对照组给予抗感染、补液、纠酸、调节胃肠菌群等治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用思密达保留灌肠联合食用小米胡萝卜泥。通过临床观察,研究思密达灌肠联合小米胡萝卜泥治疗婴儿腹泻的疗效和住院疗程。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为93.75%和73.75%。两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组主要症状、体征消失时间明显短于对照组。结论思密达灌肠联合食用小米胡萝卜泥治疗婴儿腹泻能缩短疗程,提高疗效,可作为婴儿腹泻的辅助治疗。 |
