2型糖尿病患者心率变异性与肾小球滤过率关系的探讨

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者心率变异性与肾小球滤过率关系。方法纳入123例2型糖尿病患者和21例正常对照者,进行24 h动态心电图检测,对心率变异性参数进行分析。检测受试者血肌酐水平,估算肾小球滤过率（golomeruar filtration rate,GFR）。以GFR 60ml/（min.1.73m2）为切点将2型糖尿病患者分为T2DM1组GFR≥60ml/（min.1.73m2）]和T2DM2组GFR〈60ml/（min.1.73m2）]。比较正常人和2型糖尿病患者的心率变异性,并分析肾小球滤过率与心率变异性的相关性。结果 T2DM 1组和2组的心率变异性参数均显著低于正常对照组（P〈0.05）,T2DM2组的心率变异性小于1组（P〈0.05）。GFR与心率变异性参数负相关（P〈0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者心率变异性低于正常人群,肾小球滤过率下降可能与心率变异性降低有关。

The relationship of heart rate variability and glomeruar filtration rate in type 2 diabetic subjects

Objective To investigate the relationship of heart rate variability（HRV） and glomeruar filtration rate（GFR） in type 2 diabetic subjects.Methods 123 diabetic patients and 21 healthy subjects were included.24-hour Dynamic Electro-cardiogram,serum creatinine were measured and glomeruar filtration rate was calculated.According to GFR,diabetic patients were divided into T2DM 1group GFR≥60ml/（min·1.73m2）and T2DM 2group.Results HRV parameters in T2DM 1 and 2 group were lower than normal group（P0.05）.HRV parameters in T2DM 2 group were lower than T2DM 1 group（P0.05）.GFR was positive correlated with HBV parameters（P0.05）.Conclusion HRV is lower in type 2 diabetic patients than in normal subjects.The fall of GFR may be correlated with the drop of HRV.
