自贡市急救中心院前急救运输事故1050例流行病学调查

目的通过研究院前急救运输事故流行病学特征,为有效预防及治疗运输事故损伤提供可靠依据。方法回顾性分析2009年1～12月份自贡市急救中心出诊的所有运输事故患者,分析其性别、年龄构成、时间分布特点以及疾病谱情况。结果院前急救运输事故共1050例,男684例,女366例;少年儿童69例,青年322例,中年523例,老年136例;月份分布高峰点为11月4日（P〈0.05）;时点分布高峰点为每天14∶23（P〈0.001）;疾病谱以头部损伤、四肢损伤、多发伤多见。结论开展交通安全宣传教育,提高人民群众自我保护意识,根据道路交通伤流行病学特征科学地调配院前急救资源,从而有效预防及救治运输事故损伤。

An epidemiologicae study of the 1050 cases of traffic accidents in the Zigong urgent rescue center
