锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折临床分析

目的探讨应用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗中老年患者肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的中老年患者的临床资料。结果 2006年4月～2010年8月使用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折54例,年龄45～81岁;平均54岁。骨折按Neer分型：2部分骨折15例,3部分骨折28例,4部分骨折11例,均予肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定。41例获随访,随诊6～24个月,平均14个月。均获骨性愈合,平均愈合时间4.8个月。肩关节功能按Neer疗效评分系统评定,优24例,良16例,可1例,差1例,优良率93.5%。结论锁定加压钢板治疗中老年患者肱骨近端骨折疗效满意,是目前治疗肱骨近端骨折较理想的内固定方法。只要重视肩袖损伤的修复,术后,早期进行功能锻炼,抗骨质疏松治疗,功能恢复良好。
