| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of inhaling glucocorticoid in treating patients with serious chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in stable phrase.Methods Sixty patients with serious COPD in stable phrase were divided randomly into 2 groups in 2007~2009.The curative group including 30 patients was treated with inhaling glucocortcoid Budesonide based on routine therapy,meanwhile the control group was treated only with routine therapy.The course of treatment lasted 6 months.Results Com... |
