肺移植术中参附注射液保护作用的实验研究

目的观察中药参附注射液在肺移植术中的保护作用,旨在为供肺保护提供新方法。方法建立兔左肺自体原位移植模拟模型,分别用参附注射液和生理盐水对兔肺进行预处理和供肺灌注。检测阻断前、再灌注后15min,30min、60min各个时点左肺静脉血中丙二醛（MDA）含量和总超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的活力,以及再灌注60min后左肺组织的干湿比重（D/W）及病理变化。结果实验组肺组织的D/W显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;实验组肺组织充血水肿及炎细胞浸润均较对照组轻微;阻断前实验组和对照组MDA的含量无明显差异（P〉0.05）,再灌注后实验组MDA含量明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;阻断前实验组SOD活力明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,再灌注后两组SOD活力均呈下降趋势,以对照组下降幅度明显（P〈0.01）。结论参附注射液可以有效降低供肺缺血再灌注损伤后机体丙二醛的含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶的活力,减轻缺血再灌注损伤后的肺水肿,对供肺的缺血再灌注损伤有较好的保护作用。

The protective action of Shenfu injection in lung trasplatation

Objective To observe the protective effect of shenfu injection,this study was designed to provide a new method for lung protection.Methods A rabbit left lung autograft simulation model was estabished,pretrenting and perfushing with shenfu and saline respectively.Test blood malondialdehyde（MDA）content and total superoxide dismutase（SOD）activity at the time point before blocking,15min、30min and 60min after reperfusion in the left lung,and the wet and dry weight（O/W）and pathological changes of the lung at the point 60min after reperfusion.Results The D/W of lung tissue was signifieantly higher in the experimental growp（P0.01）,lung congestion and edema and leukocyte infiltration was minor;There were me significant differences of MDA content before blocking in both groups.MDA after reperfusion in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the control group（P0.05）;SOD activity before blocking in the experimental group was higher（P0.05）,but was significantly decreased in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Shenfu injection can effectively reduce MDA content and pulmonany eolema,increase SOD vitality of the donor after inchemia-reperfusion injury in lung transplatation.
