| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定消炎利胆冲剂中大黄酸、大黄素的含量。方法：以甲醇-0．2％冰醋酸溶液（80：20）作为流动相，色谱柱为AgilentZORBAXSB-C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流速为1．0mL／min，柱温为28℃，检测波长为254nm。结果：大黄酸、大黄素的线性范围分别为：0．054～180μg／mL、0．0612-204μg／mL。结论：本方法灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简便，可用于消炎利胆冲剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine contents of rhein and emodin in XiaoYan LiDan granule with HPLC. Method： The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% acetic acid （80：20）, the column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 28℃, detection wavelength was 254nm. Result： There were good linear relationships of rhein and emodin in the range of 0.054-180 μg/mL and 0.0612-204μg/mL. Conclusion： The method, with the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity and simple operation, could be used in quality control ofXiaoYan LiDan granule. |
