| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨决明子的炮制方法对其蒽醌类化学成分含量的影响。方法：取决明子生品和炮制品，采用高效液相色谱法测定总蒽醌类成分含量。结果：决明子生制品的蒽醌类含量低于炒制品。结论：炮制方法对决明子蒽醌类的含量有一定影响。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effect of processing method on the content of anthraquinone ingredient in JueMingZi （Catsia tora Linn）. Method： Contents of anthraquinone were detected with HPLC in unprocessed and processed products. Result： Content of anthraquinono ingredient in unprocessed product was lower than that in processed products. Conclusion： Processing method showed definite effect on content of anthraquinone ingredient in Jue M ingZi. |
