升清降浊法治疗反流性食管炎31例临床观察

目的：观察升清降浊法治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：61例患者随机分为2组。治疗组31例，采用升清降浊法为主的中药汤剂口服；对照组30例口服奥美拉唑，20mg／次，2次／d。2组治疗8周后观察治疗前后患者临床症状积分及胃镜积分变化。结果：临床症状总有效率治疗组为90．32％，对照组为83．3％，2组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；胃镜积分比较治疗组总有效率为87．1％，对照组为70．0％，2组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：升清降浊法能改善反流陛食管炎患者临床症状及胃镜下病变。

Observation on Method of Ascending the Clear and Descending the Turbid in Treating 31 Cases of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective： To approach curative effect of method of ascending the clear and descending the turbid in treating reflux esophagitis. Method： Sixty-one patients were randomly divided into 31 cases in treatment group, who orally took Chinese herbs with method of ascending the clear and descending the turbid, another 30 cases in control group who took omeprazole, 20 mg each time, twice per day. Changes of clinical symptom scores and gastroscope integrals after the treatment for eight weeks were compared with that before the treatment. Result： Total effective rate of treatmentgroupwas 90.32% in clinical symptoms, higher than 833% ofcontrol group with significant difference（P〈0.05）; Total effective rate of treatment group was 87.1% in gastroscope integrals, higher than 70.0% of control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Method of ascending the clear and descending the turbid can improve clinical symptom and pathological changes under gastroscope in patients with reflux esophagitis.
