西北地区某市三甲医院医务人员亚健康状况及影响因素研究

目的：了解医务人员亚健康状况及其影响因素,为防治医务人员亚健康提供科学依据。方法：采用问卷调查的方式,选择西北地区某市3所三级甲等医院的医务人员进行亚健康调查,用卡方检验及Logi s t i c多元回归方法分析被调查群体亚健康影响因素。结果：发放调查问卷625份,回收合格问卷609份。医务人员亚健康的发生率为28.9%,其中医生为22.4%,护士为46.7%,医技人员为12.5%。Logi s t i c回归分析显示：性别、事故压力感大、就餐不规律、和同事交流顾虑、消极的压力应对方式、睡眠不足、缺乏体育锻炼是医务人员发生亚健康的危险因素,而患者或家属的感谢为保护因素。结论：应针对医务人员亚健康状态发生的主要影响因素,采取针对性的干预措施,改善其亚健康状态,提高医务人员的健康水平。

Factors and Sub-health of Medical Staff at 3A Grade Hospital in the City of Northwest

Objective： To explore the factors and sub-health of medical staff so that we could present scientific evidence to the prevention of medical staff. Method： Conditions of medical staffs at 3A grade hospital in the city of northwest were investigated by questionnaire surveys and factors of sub-health were analyzed with the Chi-square Test and Logistic regression analysis. Result： 625 pieces of questionnaires were issued and 609 pieces of qualified questionnaires were withdrawn, the incidence of sub-health of medical staffs was 28.9%, with 22.4% for doctors, 46.7% for nurses, 12.5% for medical technician. Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, pressure of medical dispute, irregular diet, being cautious to colleagues, negative way to pressure, lack of sleep and lack of exercise were dangerous factors while the thanks of patients and family were protective factors. Conclusion： Corresponding intervention measures should be taken to improve sub-health of medical staffs according to the main factors on their sub-health.
