虎杖提取物抗动物高尿酸血症的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察虎杖提取物对高尿酸血症动物尿酸及痛风性关节炎的作用。方法:采用尿酸酶抑制剂法,造成小鼠高尿酸血症,观察虎杖提取物对该模型血尿酸的抑制作用;采用腺嘌呤+乙胺丁醇法造成正常大鼠高尿酸血症模型,取血测其血尿酸和黄嘌呤氧化酶浓度,观察虎杖提取物对高尿酸血症大鼠动物模型的影响;同时取动物关节组织,观察滑膜组织的病理改变。结果:虎杖提取物可显著降低高尿酸血症模型小鼠的血尿酸水平,可明显降低大鼠高尿酸症的血尿酸水平和抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性,可改善痛风性关节炎的病理改变。结论:虎杖提取物能改善高尿酸血症和痛风性关节炎的病理改变。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of Polygonum cuspidatum extract on uric acid and gouty arthritis in animals with hyperuricemia.Method: Mice models with hyperuricemia were established with uricase inhibitor and uric acids in serum were observed;Rats models with hyperuricemia were induced with adenine and ethambutol as well as uric acid and xanthine oxidase in blood were measured to observe the influence of polygonum cuspidatum extract on rats models with hyperuricemia;joint tissues were taken out to observe pathological changes of synovium.Result: Polygonum cuspidatum extract can significantly reduce uric acid in blood of mice with hyperuricemia;it can also lower uric acid and inhibit the activity of xanthine oxidase in rats with hyperuricemia;it can improve pathological changes of gouty arthritis.Conclusion: Polygonum cuspidatum extract can improve pathological changes of hyperuricema and gouty arthritis.
