大黄芒硝散对腹部手术切口愈合作用的临床观察

目的：探讨大黄芒硝散对腹部切口愈合的促进作用。方法：选取5 870例妇产科住院患者,随机分为观察组2 077例,对照组3 793例。2组患者术后均预防使用抗生素。对照组术后常规换药,1次/d。观察组在常规换药基础上以大黄芒硝粉按1∶3比例混合装入无菌布袋,敷于腹部伤口敷料外,持续至伤口缝线拆除。比较2组伤口出现红肿、硬结等情况。结果：观察组腹部切口甲级愈合率达99.1%,对照组甲级愈合率90.7%,甲级愈合率治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;总有效率观察组为100.00%,对照组为87.98%,2组相比有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：大黄芒硝散外敷可促进伤口愈合、减少切口脂肪液化或感染的发生。

Clinical Observation on Healing of Abdominal Incision Treated with DaHuang MangXiaoSan

Objective： To investigate the function of DaHuang MangXiaoSan in healing abdominal incision.Method： The inpatients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics were chosen 5,870 cases;they were randomly separated into 2,077 cases in observation group and 3,793 cases in control group.The patients of both groups received antibiotics for prevention.Control group were changed fresh dressing after operation once each day.Observation group received external application of DaHuang MangXiaoSan at the ratio of 1∶3 packed in anaerobic bag to abdominal incision except changed fresh dressing once each day until removal of wound suture.The healing conditions of both groups were compared.Result： There was no cure of abdominal incision in C grade and cure rate in A grade reached to 99.1% in observation group,higher than 90.7% of control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）;Total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%,superior to 87.98% of control group with remarkable difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： DaHuang MangXiaoSan for external use can boost the healing of wound and reduce fat liquefaction of the incision or the incidence of infection.
