生脉散合酸枣仁汤联合西药治疗女性冠心病心绞痛48例

目的：观察中药生脉散合酸枣仁汤联合西药对女性冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗效果。方法：将96例患者随机分为2组,治疗组48例在常规西药治疗基础上,服用生脉散合酸枣仁汤化裁,对照组48例服用常规西药治疗,2组疗程均为4周。观察2组治疗后的疗效及心电图的改善情况。结果：治疗组治疗后总有效率为91.66%,与对照组的75.00%,相比具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;心电图改善情况治疗组优于对照组。结论：生脉散合酸枣仁汤联合西药治疗女性冠心病心绞痛有较好疗效。

Treatment for Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease in Female with ShengMaiSan, SuanZaoRenTang Combined with Western Medicine: A Report of 48 Cases

Objective： To observe curative effects of ShengMaiSan,SuanZaoRenTang and western medicine in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in female.Method： Ninety-six cases of patients were randomized into treatment group and control group.Treatment group orally took modified ShengMaiSan and SuanZaoRenTang on the basis of conventional western medicine while control group were administered with conventional western medicine.Both groups were treated for four weeks.Curative effects and the improvements of ECG were observed after treatment.Result： Total effective rate of treatment group was 91.66%,higher than 75.00% of control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）;Improvements of ECG of treatment group were better than that of control group.Conclusion： ShengMaiSan,SuanZaoRenTang combined with western medicine against angina pectoris could obtain better effects in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in female.
