中医辨证护理对急性阑尾炎患者协同增效及心理状态的影响

目的：观察中医辨证护理对急性阑尾炎患者协同增效及心理状态的影响。方法：将100例急性阑尾炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用急性阑尾炎常规护理及抗炎、解热、镇痛等内科对症保守治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上,根据本组急性阑尾炎患者辨证分型特点给予有针对性、预见性的护理措施。结果：治愈率观察组为40.00%,对照组为30.00%,2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。总有效率观察组为100.00%,对照组为80.00%。2组差异有统计学意（P〈0.05）。观察组患者感觉、思维、情感、行为、意识、日常生活习惯、社会人际关系、饮食习惯、睡眠情况评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中医辨证护理对急性阑尾炎的治疗有协同增效作用,且可改善患者不良心理情绪。

Synergistic Effect and Influence on Psychological States of Dialectical Nursing in Patients with Acute Appendicitis

Objective： To observe synergistic effect and influence on psychological states of dialectical nursing in patients with acute appendicitis.Method： One hundred patients with acute appendicitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases each group.Both groups received conservative treatment including anti-inflammation,relieving fever and easing pain.Control group were administered with conventional nursing against acute appendicitis,meantime observation group were also given by corresponding nursing based on syndrome differentiation.Result： Cure rate of observation group was 40.00%,higher than 30.00% of control group with a significant difference（P0.05）.Total effective rate in observation group was 100.00%,superior to 80.00% of control group with remarkable difference（P0.05）.Scores in sensation,thinking,emotion,behavior,consciousness and daily life habit,social contact,dietary habit and sleep of observation group were lower than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Dialectical Nursing has synergistic effects in the treatment of acute appendicitis,which also can improve unhealthy feelings of the patients.
