强精煎治疗少弱精子症临床疗效及安全性研究

目的：观察自拟方强精煎治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取120例少弱精子症不孕患者,按就诊先后顺序分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用口服强精煎,1剂/d,水煎分服。对照组口服生精胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。2组均连续治疗12周后观察临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后精子质量,血生化诸项指标变化,评价用药的安全性。结果：总有效率治疗组为80.00%,对照组为61.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组治疗前后组内及治疗后组间精子质量比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;血生化指标在正常范围内,组内及组间比较均无显著差异（P〉0.05）,未见不良反应。结论：强精煎治疗少弱精子症疗效明显,且无不良反应。

Clinical Safety on Treating Oligospermia and Asthenospermia with QiangJingJian

Objective： To evaluate clinical safety of self-designed QiangJingJian in treating oligospermia and asthenospermia.Method： 120 cases of patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia were randomized into treatment group and control group by visiting order.Treatment group were orally administrated with QiangJingJian granules,1 dose/d.and control group with ShengJing Capsules,once four capsules,3 times/d.to observe the effects of both groups after consecutive treatment for 12 weeks and to compare the quality of sperms,blood biochemical indicators before and after the treatment of both groups in order to estimate the safety of medicine.Result： Total effective rate of treatment group was 80.00%,higher than 61.67% of control group with significant difference（P0.05）.Comparisons of sperm quality showed significant intragroup and intergroup differences（P0.05）.Comparisons indicated no intragroup or intergroup difference with blood biochemical indicators in the normal range（P0.05）.No adverse effect was found.Conclusion： QiangJingJian is safe and effective in clinical application,with remarkable effects in treating oligospermia.
