桡骨远端关节内骨折合并帕金森病患者的围手术期治疗

目的：总结锁定加压钢板（LCP）治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折合并帕金森病（PD）的效果,并探讨快捷、有效、并发症少的手术治疗方法。方法：选取10例桡骨远端关节内骨折合并PD病患者,均采用掌侧入路,斜T型LCP固定。结果：10例患者随访16～30个月,平均20.6个月。骨折平均愈合时间为12周（9～16周）。术后功能恢复时间2～6个月,平均3.6个月。根据Gar t l and与Wer l ey评分标准,优5例,良2例,可2例,差1例,优良率为70.0%。结论：对于累及关节内的桡骨远端骨折合并PD,LCP可以较好地维持骨折复位,尽早地进行术后早期功能锻炼,腕关节功能恢复可获得满意效果。

Postoperative Treatment for Patients with Intra-Articular Distal Radius Fractures and Parkinson's Disease

Objective： To summarize therapeutic effects of locking compression plate（LCP） fixation for intra-articular distal radius fracture with Parkinson＇s disease as well as to explore a prompt and efficient way with less complications.Method： Ten patients with distal radius fractures and Parkinson＇s disease were involved and the fractures were treated with open reduction and locking compression plate fixation in a volar approach.Result： Follow-up for ten patients ranged from 16 to 30 months,reached 20.6 months on average.Average healing time of fractures come to 12 weeks（9～16 weeks）.The time of functional recovery after operation was from two to six months,amounted to 3.6 months.Excellent rate was 70.0%,five cases were excellent,two cases good,two cases fair,one case poor according to the criteria of Gartland and Werley.Conclusion： LCP can maintain reduction of intra-articular distal radius fracture complicated with Parkinson＇s disease,functional recovery of wrist joints can obtain satisfying results through postoperative functional exercise at early stage.
