麝香外用治疗外科于术后切口脂肪液化30例

目的：观察麝香外用治疗外科手术后切口脂肪液化的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为试验组、对照组各30例。对照组拆除部分缝线，用生理盐水冲洗伤口，清除坏死组织，内置庆大霉素盐水纱条引流，每日换药1～2次，直至伤口愈合，治疗过程中同时静脉滴注或肌肉注射抗生素；试验组不拆除缝线，挤压伤口排除渗液，内置少量麝香细小颗粒，外用纱条覆盖切口，每1，2日换药1次，直至切口愈合。结果：切口甲级愈合率试验组为90％，对照组为67％，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。试验组切口愈合时间为术后8-16天，平均（12．8±0．3）天：对照组为15。28天，平均（21．3±0．4）天，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：麝香外用治疗外科手术后切口脂肪液化有助于切口愈合，并可缩短愈合时间。

Musk for External Use in Treating 30 Cases of Incisions Fat Liquefaction after Surgery

Objective： To survey curative effects of musk for external use in treating incision fat liquefaction after surgeries. Method： Sixty patients were randomized into test group and control group on average. Control group were removed part of sutures, wounds irrigated with physiological saline, necrotic tissue removed and inlay gauze with gen- tamycin sulfate and saline as drainage, changing fresh dressing once to twice each day until the healing of wound, at the same time antibiotics were given through intravenous drip or muscular injection; test group without removal of su- ture, the wounds were squeezed until exudates were eliminated, a small amount of fine musk were laid in the wound and the wounds were covered with gauze, changing fresh dressing once for each day or each other day till the healing of wound. Result： First grade healing rate of incision in test group was 90%, higher than 67% of control group with sta- tistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Comparison of healing time showed statistical meaning between both groups （P〈0.05）, the healing time of incisions in test group were 8 to 16 days, average （12.8±0.3） days; the healing time of control group were 15 to 28 days, average （21.3±0.4） days. Conclusion： Musk for external use is helpful to the healing of wounds and can shorten healing time in the treatment of incision fat liquefaction after surgery.
