肤宁洁乳膏对淹渍皮肤保护作用的临床研究

目的：观察肤宁洁乳膏剂对淹渍皮肤的保护作用。方法：选择有皮肤淹渍或皮肤淹渍高风险患者280例,随机分为实验组、对照组各140例。2组均实施翻身拍背等基础护理,实验组用肤宁洁乳膏涂抹皮肤淹渍处或皱褶处,3次/d;对照组按摩后以红霉素软膏涂抹皮肤淹渍处或皱褶处,3次/d,5天后观察记录皮肤有无发生新的红晕、皮疹等皮肤淹渍情况,以及原有皮疹及红晕改变情况。结果：痊愈率实验组为72.14%,对照组为51.43%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;总有效率实验组为96.43%,对照组为86.43%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：肤宁洁乳膏剂对淹渍皮肤有较好的保护作用。

Clinical Study on Protection of FuNingJie Emulsifiable Paste against Soaked Skin

Objective： To understand the protection of FuNingJie emulsifiable paste against soaked skin.Method： Patients with soaked skin or high risk were chosen 280 cases and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,140 cases each group.Both groups received basic nursing including turnover,pat back and others.Experimental group were applied with FuNingJie emulsifiable paste to soaked or wrinkled place,three times per day;control group with erythromycin ointment,three times each day.Conditions of soaked skin such as new flush,rash and changes of former ones were observed and recorded in five days.Result： Cure rate of experimental group was 72.14% and control group 51.43%,comparison of both groups suggested statistical meaning（P0.05）;total effective rate of observation group was 96.43% and control group 51.43%,comparison of both groups showed statistical meaning （P0.05）.Conclusion： FuNingJie emulsifiable paste has better effect in treating soaked skin.
