复方玄驹胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎40例

目的：观察复方玄驹胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将78例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为2组：治疗组40例,采用复方玄驹胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特治疗;对照组38例采用甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特治疗。观察治疗前后症状改善程度及实验室相关指标变化。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）,且治疗后治疗组在改善晨僵时间、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、C反应蛋白（CRP）方面与对照组相比有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,类风湿因子（RF）2组比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：复方玄驹胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎,可明显改善症状,且使用安全,不良反应少。

Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Compound XuanJu Capsule combined with Methotrexate and Leflunomide: A Report of 40 Cases

Objective： To observe clinical effects in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with compound XuanJu capsule,methotrexate and leflunomide.Method： Seventy-eight patients were randomized into 40 cases in treatment group,treated with compound XuanJu capsule,methotrexate and leflunomide,and other cases in control group administered with methotrexate and leflunomide.Improvements of symptoms before and after the treatment and changes of indexes were observed.Result： Curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group（P0.05）,and there is statistical meaning of treatment group after the treatment in improving morning stiffness,numbers of swollen joints,numbers of joint tenderness and CRP（P0.05）,No statistical meaning showed in RF（P0.05）.Conclusion： Compound XuanJu capsule combined with methotrexate and leflunomide in treating rheumatoid arthritis is effective remarkably in improving symptoms,safe in application with less adverse reactions.
