摘    要:目的:探究天时气候变化对结直肠癌术后患者免疫功能年节律性的影响。方法:对33例结直肠癌术后长期随访患者资料进行回顾性分析,观察T细胞亚群CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8指标,根据患者每次随诊时间,按照运气学说年份"五主运"的时间规律分组,采用SPSS 17.0中Kruskal-Wal l i s H检验分析观察其免疫功能的秩均值。结果:CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8秩均值在五运时节中以"四主运"之时低或高于本年其他时节水平,其中以"四运组"中CD8、CD4/CD8指标上升明显,与其他组相比呈显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:中医时间学说对结直肠癌术后患者免疫功能客观性节律变化的解释具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influence of climate on annual rhythm of immunologic function in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Method: Long-term follow-up of 33 postoperative patients after colorectal cancer were retrospectively analyzed,the indexes of T lymphocyte subgroups including CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 were observed,the patients were grouped as visiting time according to the regulations of "WuZhuYun" in theory of Yun-Qi,Mean of immunologic function was analyzed with Kruskal-Wallis H test in SPSS 17.0.Result: Means of CD4 and CD4/CD8(CD8) at the time of "SiZhuYun" were lower(higher) than that at other time,and the comparisons of CD8 and CD4/CD8 showed remarkable difference(P0.05).Conclusion: The explanation of traditional climatic medicine has important clinical meanings for regular changes of immunologic function in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.
