| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定红景天软胶囊的质量标准的方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别红景天软胶囊中的红景天药材;用高效液相法测定红景天软胶囊中红景天苷的含量。结果：用薄层色谱法能检出红景天药材中红景天苷在1.108～5.540 mg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 5）,平均回收率为96.26%,RSD=0.8%。结论：通过高效液相法测定可以有效控制红景天软胶囊的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an assay method for quality standard of HongJingTian soft capsule.Method： HongJingTian（Rhodiola rosea） contained in HongJingTian soft capsule was identified by thin layer chromatography（TLC）;rhodioside in HongJingTian soft capsule was determined with high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Result： HongJingTian can be distinguished with TLC,rhodioside within the range of 1.108~5.540mg showed a good linear relationship（r=0.999 5）,average recovery rate was 96.26%,RSD=0.8%.Conclusion： It can effectively control the quality of HongJingTian soft capsule through determination by HPLC. |
