不同剂量、不同时间的三氧化二砷雾化吸入对实验豚鼠气道的影响

目的　通过观察不同剂量的三氧化二砷喷射雾化吸入对豚鼠气道的影响 ,探讨其对豚鼠气道的病理改变及其雾化吸入治疗哮喘的可能性。方法　对实验豚鼠随机分为 7组 ,采用 4种不同剂量的三氧化二砷雾化吸入 ,并设 2种不同剂量的三氧化二砷腹腔注射和生理盐水注射对照组 ,所有豚鼠麻醉后取一侧肺作病理切片 ,HE染色。结果　不同剂量三氧化二砷雾化吸入对豚鼠气道组织均有病理改变 ,雾化吸入的剂量越高 ,对豚鼠气道组织影响越大 ;雾化吸入对豚鼠气道组织有影响的较小浓度 ,在不同的时间对豚鼠气道组织的影响不同 ;雾化吸入三氧化二砷与腹腔注射三氧化二砷对豚鼠气道组织影响相同。结论　提示雾化吸入三氧化二砷可达到腹腔注射三氧化二砷对豚鼠气道组织改变的相同结果 ,有可能通过三氧化二砷喷射雾化吸入达到治疗哮喘的目的 ,并且雾化吸入小剂量、短时间的三氧化二砷亦有相同的作用。

The effect of different dose and duration of inhaled arsenic trioxide on guinea pigs' bronchus

Objective The experiment was designed to investigate the pathological changes in guinea pigs' bronchus caused by inhaled arsenic trioxide, and the possibile treatment of asthma with different dose. Methods Guinea pigs were randomly divided into seven groups.Four groups were given different dose of inhaled arsenic trioxide,and two control groups received intraperitoneal injection and normal saline injection of different dose of arsenic trioxide.All the guinea pigs were anesthetized to take one side lung tissue to conduct HE strain and pathological section inspection.Results Pathological change was found in all the guinea pigs' lung tissue.It showed dose-dependent effect,the higher dose the guinea pigs inhaled,the greater effect produced in lung tissue.At lower dose,the effect was also exposure duration dependent.For inhaled or intraperitoneal injection the pathological change was the same.Conclusions Inhaled arsenic trioxide could produce the same effect in guinea pigs' bronchus compared with intraperitoneal injection arsenic trioxide.It is possible to treat asthma with short term low dose inhaled arsenic trioxide.
