| 摘 要： | 目的分析产后出血的因素,探讨产后出血的预防和治疗。方法回顾分析2008年3月—2009年3月住院分娩的2813例产妇发生产后出血的45例病例的临床资料。结果2813例产妇发生产后出血45例,其中子宫收缩乏力29例(64.44%),其余16例(35.56%)为胎盘、软产道裂伤、凝血功能障碍引起。结论及时诊断、有效的综合救治是避免孕产妇死亡的关键。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To analyze the causes of postpartum hemorrhage,and explore the prevention and treatment of it.[Methods]Retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 45 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in 2813 maternity patients from March 2008 to March 2009.[Results]Of 45 cases of postpartum hemorrhage,29 cases (64.44%) were due to uterine inertia,the other 16 cases (35.56%) were due to placental factors,the soft birth canal laceration and coagulation dysfunction.[Conclusion]The timely diagnosis and eff... |
