| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨了卵巢癌患者血清中CA125、TNF、IL-8水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析检测了32例卵巢癌患者血清中CA125、TNF、IL-8水平,并与30名正常健康人作比较。结果:卵巢癌患者血清中CA125、TNF、IL-8水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。结论:测定卵巢癌患者血清中CA125、TNF、IL-8水平的变化对患者的治疗和预后均有十分重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of determination of serum CA125, TNF and IL-8 levels patients with ovarian cancer. Methods Serum concentrations of CA125, TNF and IL-8 were measured with RIA in 32 patients with ovarian cancer and 30 controls. Results The serum levels of CA125, TNF and IL-8 were significantly higher in the patients with ovarian cancer than those in the controls (P<0.01). Conclusion Detection of serum CA125, TNF and IL-8 levels in patients with ovarian cancer might be of value for assessing the threapeutic effect and prognosis. |
