急性阑尾炎超声特征与病理结果对比分析

目的分析超声图像特征对急性阑尾炎临床分型的意义。方法回顾分析42例术后病理证实为急性阑尾炎与术前超声图像特征进行对比研究。结果急性阑尾炎二维超声图像特征,如阑尾肿大的径线、回声、阑尾壁的层次结构显示情况、阑尾腔内积液情况及与周围组织的关系、邻近肠腔扩张情况等,对急性阑尾炎的不同类型、病程的不同时期作出正确诊断。结论超声对急性阑尾炎不同类型及病程进展的诊断有重要临床价值。

Comparison of ultrason ic charateristics and pathologic changes with acute appendiotis

Objective To investigate the significance of ultrasonic charateristies on clinical classifica- tion in patients with acute appendicitis. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to compare ultrasonic charateristics before operation and pathologic type after operation in 42 cases with acute appendicitis. Results Major diameter and transverse diameter of swelling appendix were measured in 2D echo. Other ultrasonic characteristics such as appendiceal echo, display of hierarchical structure of appendiceal wall, appendiceal effusion and its relation to peripheral tissue aswell as adjacent enteric expansion were important as to the correct diagnosis of clinical type and stage during the course. Conclusion Ultrasonography was important to clinical value as to the diagnosis of different type and progression of acute appendicitis.
