| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨利培酮对酒精所致精神障碍的临床疗效与安全性。方法:将62例患者随机分成两组,分别以利培酮和奋乃静治疗,疗程4周。用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:利培酮组有效率为87.1%,奋乃静组为67.7%,两组比较差异有显著性。结论:利培酮对酒精所致精神障碍的疗效优于奋乃静,且不良反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the efficacy and safety of mental disorder due to use of alcohol treated with risperidone. Method:62 pateints were divided into two groups randomly.They were treated with risperidone and perphenazine respectively for 4 weeks.Efficacy and side effect were assessed by positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS),treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS). Results:The effect rate of risperidone was 87.1%,and perphenazine was 67.7%.There was significant difference between both groups. Conclusion:The efficacy of mental disorder due to use of alcohol treated with risperidone is bettter than perphenazine.Side effects of risperidone is less than perphenazine. |
