子宫颈癌葡萄糖转运体蛋白1型和增殖细胞核抗原的表达及意义

摘    要:目的]研究葡萄糖转运体蛋白1型(GLUT1),增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在子宫颈癌中的表达及意义.方法]120例子宫颈组织包括正常子宫颈组织20例,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)40例,60例子宫颈癌病理组织行GLUT1和PCNA免疫组化染色.『结果]GLUT1和PCNA在不同子宫颈组织中表达差异有显著性(P<0.05);GLUT1在子宫颈鳞癌和腺癌中表达差异有显著性(P<0.05),不同临床分期、子宫旁浸润和淋巴结转移与否比较差异无显著性.PCNA表达与子宫颈癌的病理类型、临床分期、子宫旁浸润和淋巴结转移与否均无关(P>0.05).『结论]组织中GLUT1和PCNA表达与子宫颈癌的发生发展有关,可作为子宫颈良恶性肿瘤鉴别的标志;GLUT1协助区别鳞癌和腺癌,可作为鳞癌的预后指标.

Abstract:To investigate the expression of GLUT1 and PCNA in cervical cancer and its significance. GLUT1 and PCNA expression were analyzed by immunohistochemistry staining in 120 cases with normal cervical tissue (20 cases), cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN, 40 cases) and cervical cancer (60 cases). Expression of GLUT1, PCNA in difference cervical tissues were different(P<0.05). GLUT1 expression in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of cervix were different (P<0.05). But it was not related to FIGO, histopathologic, parametrial involvement and pelvic lymph nodes metastasis. PCNA expression was not related to histopathologic type, clinical staging, parametrial involvement and pelvic lymph nodes metastasis(P>0.05). Conclusions] The results suggest that the expression of GLUT1 and PCNA may be involve in cervical cancer development and as the markers for malignant and benign differentiation. The expression of GLUT1 may differ squamous cell carcinoma from adenocarcinoma of cervix and may be a prognostic marker for squamous cell carcinoma.
