| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中医食疗药膳对老年骨质疏松症患者临床症状、骨密度的影响。方法将22例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各36例。对照组给予元素钙、钙尔奇D常规治疗,实验组在元素钙、钙尔奇D治疗的基础上,采用中医辨证食疗药膳,经过12个月治疗后,将两组患者在治疗前后的骨密度及临床症状进行比较。结果两组治疗前后的骨密度值均明显增加(P0.01),临床症状改善(P0.01),且实验组疗效优于对照组(P0.01),差异有极显著性意义。结论中医食疗药膳配合药物治疗,是改善原发性骨质疏松症骨密度及临床症状的有效手段。
