早期胃癌的X线诊断(附12例分析)

本文报告经X线检查,手术病理证实的12例早期胃癌,其X线表现为:(1)大片或小片状不規則的钡剂残留影。(2)小的浅表龛影。(3)贲门区息肉样种物突向胃腔形成小的充盈缺损。(4)胃内大而扁的龛影。(5)局部胃小区破坏。胃小弯轮廓线僵硬。(6)X线检查未见异常。本文还对早期胃癌的X线诊断及X线检查方法,按照体位进行了讨论。强调了胃低张双对比造影的重要性。

Roentgenographic Diagnosis of Early Gastric Cancer (An analysis of 12 cases)

12 cases of early gastric cancer diagnosed by x-ray examination were reviewed All the cases were verified by pathological examinations. The X-ray findings are:(1)irregular patches of residual barium, big or small, have shadows; (2)niches are small and shallow; (3)poly-poid mass protroding to gastric Iumen have formed small filling defects; (4) there are big and flat niches in the stamoch;(5)the areae gastrica was destructed regionally and the contour of lessor curvature became rigid; (6) no abnormal findings. Techuiques and positions of film taken for early gastric cancer were discnssed. Emphasis was given to the importance of hypotonio double contrast examination.
