| 摘 要： | 目的:初步评价宫颈细胞学诊断报告方式新标准(TBS-2001)系统中不典型鳞状细胞(ASC)的分类及临床意义.方法:选择我院2002年5月～2005年3月168例按原标准(TBS-1991)诊断为不典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASCUS)的宫颈薄层细胞学涂片,对其中有组织学结果的41例按TBS-2001标准重新诊断,并以其组织结果作为标准评价.结果:41例重新诊断后,意义不明确的不典型鳞状细胞(ASC-US)和不除外高度上皮内病变的不典型鳞状细胞(ASC-H)在组织学构成上有明显差别(P＜0.05).结论:TBS-2001中对宫颈细胞ASC-US及ASC-H的新分型具有更明确的临床指导意义.
