| 摘 要： | 颌骨巨细胞修复性肉芽肿临床发生率较低。本文对７例进行了临床分析。对本病的发病因素、体征、诊断及治疗进行了讨论。认为本病为颌骨的良性肿大病变，而不是新生物。主要是由于外伤或炎症后，骨腔内出血灶的修复过程中的一种反应。有外伤或炎症的病史及典型的组织学表现，加上良性的临床过程是诊断本病的依据。术式的选择与预防术后复发有着密切的关系

| Abstract: | he incidence of qiant cell reparative qranuloma of the jaw bones is low.Clinical analysis for seven cases has been done in our article.After discussing its aetioloqy,symptom,diagnosis and treatment,we think it l9l s benign rather than neoplastic.It is a reaction of repalative process in bleeding bone cavity with injury or inflammation.The history of injury or inflammation,the typical histopathologic exptession as well as benign clinical process can give the riqht,diagnosis. The different ways of operation connect with reoccurance of the disease. |
