摘    要:目的:研究胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)等对小肠黏膜前体细胞营养的作用.方法:通过不同体系的培养系统,分析不同的细胞因子对小肠黏膜前体细胞扩增和发育的影响.结果:IGF、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、谷氨酰胺(Gln)等因素联合作用对体外培养的小肠黏膜前体细胞群体的数量有显著的促进作用,而IGF、HGF单独应用虽然可以有效扩增小肠黏膜前体细胞的数量,但相对于这些因子的联合应用而言,小肠黏膜细胞的体外扩增和发育受到一定的限制.Gln对小肠黏膜前体细胞在体内的发育有显著的促进作用,而对小肠黏膜前体细胞的体外扩增则无明显的作用.结论:IGF、HGF、Gln等因素联合作用可以有效解除有害细胞因素对小肠黏膜前体细胞的抑制,并提供小肠黏膜细胞生长发育的能量物质,而各因素的单独应用对小肠黏膜前体细胞的体外扩增和发育的作用是有限的.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the nutritious effects of IGF, HGF and Gln on intestinal mucosal precursor cells in vitro.Methods: Different combinations of IGF,HGF and Gln were used to observe their effects on the expansion and development of the cultured intestinal mucosal precursor cells.Results: The combination of IGF,HGF and Gln could markedly promote the expansion of cultured intestinal mucosal precursor cells.Although IGF or HGF alone could promote the expansion of intestinal mucosal precursor cells, they had little effects on the development.On the contrary,Gln alone can promote the development of intestinal mucosal precursor cells,but it had little effects on their expansion.Conclusion: IGF,HGF or Gln alone has little effects on the expansion and development of the intestinal mucosal precursor cells.When they are used together,they can efficiently provide the essential stimuli for the expansion of the cultured intestinal mucosal precursor cells in vitro and enable the recombination of the different cells and formation of intestinal mucosa-like structure in vitro.
