| Abstract: | Intravenous digoxin induces constriction of normal and stenotic coronary arteries in patients with coronary artery disease, which may lead to ischemic complications. We found that pretreatment with oral nisoldipine and intracoronary nitroglycerin neutralizes this digoxin-induced effect. |
