通讯指挥调度系统在武汉市急救中心院前急救中的应用及发展

2008年1月12日-2月2日,武汉市遭遇罕见的雪灾天气,在给人民群众生活造成了严重的影响和损失的同时也给院前急救带来困难,武汉市急救中心通讯指挥调度系统在应对此次雪灾天气的急救工作中临阵不乱,起到了迅速接警、统一指挥、高效调度、快速反应、资源共享等作用.本文阐述了武汉急救中心通讯指挥调度系统在应对自然灾害的紧急救援中发挥的积极作用及未来发展.

Application and Development of Command Communication System of Wuhan Medical Emergency Center in Pre - hospi-tal Emergency Treatment

From January 12,2008 to February 2,Wuhan city experienced rare snowstorm weather,which not only incurred heavy losses for the masses and exerted great influence on their life,but brought about difficulties to pre-hospital first-aid work as well.The Command Communication System(CCS)of Wuhan Medical Emergency Center serves the purpose of rapid report-reception,unified command,efficient scheduling,rapid response,resource sharing,etc.in dealing with the snowstorm weather.This paper expatiates the active functions of CCS in response to natural disasters and its future development.
