| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血液流变学检测在心脑血管病诊断、疗效观察中的应用价值。方法：对２１例心脑血管病患治疗前后进行血液流变学检测，并与健康人进行比较。结果：本组患治疗前注这检测各项指标明显高于健康人（Ｐ〈０．０５或０．０１），治疗前、后比较，各项检测指标有明显改变（Ｐ〈０．０５或０．０１）。结论：血液流变学检测可作为心脑血管病诊断和疗效观察的重要参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the value of Hemarheology test in the diagnose and the judgement of curative effect of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: To detect the indexes of 21 cases with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by hemarheology test around the treatment, and to compare with the health. Results: The indexes of hemarheology test in the group of patient before the treatment is higher than in the health (P<0.05 or 0.01), and around the treatment, each targeted value changed obviously too (P<0.05). Conclusion: The hemarheology test can be regarded an important target in diagnose and judging curative effect of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. |
